Concord Music Group v. X, from March, is the most persuasive attempt I've seen to reconcile volitional conduct with Aereo. It also has some holdings that might shift the law on contributory and vicarious infringement. This is one to watch as the case proceeds. Jury trial is set for September 2026, though, so it might be a while.
