Last couple of weeks, I have been updating my CV for a new job hunt. When I consulted a professional, she revamped everything. When I asked why she did it this way or the other, she said "it's because most HR departments use algorithms to filter through CVs". She built the CV so it can avoid most filters.
Then people tell me that we don't live in the Matrix. Everything is controlled by machines that would never see human value beyond what they're designed to see.
It is horrible.
