Have yet to see an explanation or even calls for investigations into the widespread brokerage website outages that occurred Monday.
A spokesperson for the SEC said, "We are actively monitoring for the orderly functioning of markets."
This provides zero clarification or insight and rather makes it appear as if it was a deliberate act... To keep markets "orderly" was there gov involvement to limit access?
How do ALL major brokerages go dark concurrently? And seemingly all come back online just as easily?
Why is this not being investigated when they launch investigations over the smallest little things that move stocks (like a single social media post)?
Why is the media and journalists not asking these questions and getting answers? Is that too being covered up?
People have already moved on and forgotten, but when the real black swan hits they'll do this again, but they'll shut down your bank and off ramps too. This was just a test of their control and they won.
