Would say those are 2 different animals however. Trumpers, taken in by RW propaganda & they need to see it play out and turn out that they had it wrong. Obamacare is good not bad, Trump is a fraud, guns and banks have to be regulated, on and on. Little changing of their minds short of that.
Non-voters might be persuaded, that they are part of the problem because they allow the worst electoral outcome to happen.
