It's amazing to me that 100 separate direct reports from citizens on the ground saying that FEMA are in the way and preventing them from getting supplies in are hand waved away by people linking to a report FROM FEMA that says "FEMA is doing great and super helpful."

That's like hearing about people dying from a pharmaceutical drug and then linking to the pharma advertisement as evidence that it works fine.
