Not that I'm saying you should, but there's more than just a badge. If you're a big corp and running ads there seems to be some benefits. They're pushing it hard too. It's featured on the side tab where Notifications are.
When they say "orgs of all types" and "businesses" it's clearly not referring to small businesses.
