This is what it looks like in systemd-cgtop(1) and top(1) when a user joins a group chat in Nextcloud Talk on my server.
The former lists groups of processes known as cgroups, the latter lists processes themselves. Both are sorted by CPU %.
Nextcloud has federated sharing and has recently added federation features to Nextcloud Talk, including video calls!
