As you get older, it becomes harder to recover. In my limit experience with alcoholics at my church, many of them drank more frequently over time precisely as their bodies couldn’t deal with it as well.
Im with you though. I enjoy alcohol and I purposely stay fit so I can partake.
-when I notice that drinking is preventing me from getting exercise, I know its time to lay off.
I wish everyone had as good of discipline.
