BBC reporting on French "slasheurs-cueilleurs" which seem to be using the "Half farmer/Half X" framework originating in Japan. the idea is working part time at a typical job and part time producing food. i love this social technology and think we need a major societal shift toward 20 hr work weeks and more widespread and non-industrialized agriculture. #SocialTech
