For decades, kids have been taken (by force) from their custodial parent based only on economic reasons. Most of the times, these kids end up in state-run institutions. What are the causes of lack of economic capacity of the parent?What are the consequences for the kids, their mental and social development? Also, what consequences in context of family (sibiling, grandparents...)?
