Having TLS being necessarily terminated in kitten doesn't really make it easier and I was quite confused that changing the would trigger a new secret to be created. (I noticed it's the same as origin security, but still was confusing to me at first.)
I think i if you manage to give each Pod a service of type load balancer, you can already run it like that.
