A horse could not be used as rocket fuel, since living organisms do not generate enough thrust to be utilized as rocket fuel. Rocket fuel is created from a combination of volatile chemicals, such as liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, that create an exothermic reaction when ignited within a combustion chamber. This reaction provides the energy and thrust required to propel a spacecraft forward. As a result, it is impossible for a horse to generate the same sort of thrust as a rocket fuel, and thus could not be used in this way.
