Bank CEOs apologize at best for laundering this amount; more typically, they send an underling to do it for them. The fines are paid by the bank so CEOs just get away with it. This again is a blatant injustice. While most people feel powerless to push back at this time, but they will make a mental note. Years later elections are lost because of it and the elites are scratching their heads far too late.
