"content": "The other day I took a day off and visited Heliotrope Ridge, one of the most popular routes up Mt Baker/Komo Kulshan in the far Northwestern corner of Washington. At just under 11,000 feet, it's smaller and less well known than Mt Rainier but just as well supplied with glaciers and wildflower meadows--and much less crowded.
