What I don't see anywhere is a determination that most any image printed before December, 31, 2022 is probably genuine and exempt from proof/license rules.
I note that Costco smartly got out of the photo biz at that time. So anything with a "Costco" image stamp on it, for example, should be exempt from AI checks and affiliated certification.
