I am very glad that the Internet Archive exists but actual brick and mortar libraries funded by taxpayers are under threat like literally everywhere. The more people who will go into them more often, the better off we will be in 10, 20, 50 or 100 years. I really believe that. I would like my grandchildren, should there ever be any, to be able to access all the print stuff I have access to. Lots of people alive today would like that not to be the case.
