I finally ended up using this. First I had to find an old used first gen Ryzen CPU to work with my MB so I could update the BIOS. Then I swapped to the good CPU.
It runs a little hot with air cooling. I'll have to get a good AIO liquid cooling system to throw on it before I throw any heavy workloads at it.
