one of the greatest wins of the past several years for me was discovering AdGuard. once every few months a banner will sneak past the filters, and i'll gawk at it, amused.
i loaded up my wife's non-adguarded browser the other day and gasped at her recipe webpages. they were ad delivery systems with 1% recipe by volume.
