Neglected Offbeat Prawn (nprofile…ycgu) the reason "no one" uses the bike lanes in certain cities is because... they are built randomly, dangerously close to idiots driving 2+ ton death machines, and are not connecting the actual places between which people want to commute.
And if you need to go 5 km, and there is a dangerous 400 m in the middle, many won't use the remaining 4.6 km either.
So... build more bike paths so people can actually use them.
