Gary's been in government for a long time... first CFTC, now SEC. But he was/is a creature of Wall St. Imagine his inner turmoil... if he screws Larry Fink, and regime change costs him his gov gig, he'll never work on the street again. He's likely set money-wise; but to be shunned by Wall St?... it's a shonda!
