After being fired for organizing both my coworker and I found work with companies that run like normal competent corps and we both got substantial raise at our new gigs. My crew is building some opportunities for the coworkers we left behind to get them out to safety. The parallels between this and leaving a DV relationship are really on the nose. #IWW
