so I had my monthly chat with team leader on "hurr durr why are you not working at 110%", due to all the random bit of bullshit that has gadder before and after my time off im being told if I dont fix it they will consider my termination.
Since all my points for why my work is going at sluggish speed (mostly related to the internal documentation being a mess not explaining how to handle random ass clients) were answer with "just work harder" so I guess I have a 4 weeks to speed run for a new job
