You can self host a Merchant VPS without a full node using Phoenixd or even Lignting using Boltz (nprofile…aze8) atomic swaps.
There are tipping options, tax settings, CSV outputs for accounting and you can even create PoS menu ordering with photos of the items ordered (say for a Cafe or pub).
My mate with a constantly changing 3,000 product range wine shop may struggle to add all his range, but the possibility to do so is great.
