this feeling of craving has never been there in the first place, porn create it.
porn make us craving for an unrealistic sexual desire.
we watch porn just to stop this feeling of craving more.
and then the vicious cycle begin again.
stop the hell loop by stop watching it.
resist the urge to jerk off the porn.
redirect the energy of this urge to other thing that has more value.

this is simple but need alot of effort and discipline.
