In #France there's a specific #cooperative form of company which is very useful for such #CommunityDriven initiatives, called #SCIC.

- #stakeholders have to be assigned to one of 3 categories : employees of the #coop, users/beneficiaries of it's activities or "others" (e.g., local government)

- all stakeholders have 1 vote only, independently of the number of #shares they hold.
