Apparently one of my NVMEs died a couple months ago but the ZFS mirror itself stayed operational in such a way I didn't even notice until I tried to install a new kernel for booting. New one has been ordered, I hope it arrives soon so I can have a fully operational mirror on this again.

Related question for the masses: Does anyone have a good system to notify me on changes in disks on my servers? I would like to stay informed on these kinds of disk failures, preferably through ntfy notifications.
