It boggles my mind as to why we still even use DRM for any sort of media. It's proven to be easily crackable a lot of times. It's proven to make running anything that doesn't need to be online difficult to run offline, making it worse if a server the DRM contacts shuts down. And in general, it becomes near damn impossible to run any DRM-locked media if you can't add the Widevine extension to your Chromium build.
