TTRPG tismpost: Thinking about how weird Constitution is in D20 systems again. It's supposed to be a measure of physical toughness and endurance, but class determines that way more than the stat does. Anyone who would care less about HP and such gets less from his class, so he has to take high Con to make up for it. You wind up with a wizard having 18 Con but being in practice a bit frailer and more sickly than a 14 Con fighter. The stat itself is actually meaningless.
