"content": "It is interesting how pachadi/raita is described on Indian sites. Sometimes salad, sometimes chutney, sometimes other things. It is hard when there is no real equivalent dish outside in the English speaking world. So I go with salad, which is slightly odd, or chutney if it is more sour - still slightly odd. But always delicious!",
