Does the nostr protocol allow a Negative Acknowlegement (i.e. 👎, ⬇️) for a client that wants to offer the ability and allow this type of filtration handles for users? If my CoT has NACK’d the heck out of a note or comment, I may want it at the bottom as a comment or not at all as a posted note.
