last month i was scouting out some ww1 entrenchments and ww1 underground tunnel entrances to visit later when bats will wake up.

in front of one of the tunnel entrences was fresh dry birch firewood, and 2 cardboard boxes, filled with what looked like extreme amounts of bureocratic and bookkeeping documents, mostly for construction companies, but personal work agreements as well. Also some maps of various areas, mostly large wall mounted/pinned topographical folded maps of russia based on the 2 i bothered to somewhat unfold and others i barely glimpsed at. Clearly set up for a future-imminent campfire burning. Dry, despite it being mist-rainy the whole day, so mustve been put there less than an hour ago or so.

i couldve just taken the box if i wanted but i didnt ;_;
