Reddit may be a cesspit but I do love the serendipity side of things. On a post asking how best to remove a finish on a guitar, someone noticed another guitar in the background with an unusual pickup configuration. This led to a thread about the musician that inspired it and now here I am listening to and enjoying Local H, a cool band I'd never heard of before.
