Look, writing as a nonbinary, asexual, neurodiverse, chronically ill, autistic, ADHD person, I would consider it a mark of failure if my books DIDN'T piss off fascists, TERFs etc.
Writing people outside cis-het, able bodied, neurotypical 'norms,' & depicting the value these perspectives offer (in epic fantasy settings) is a feature of my writing.
And I actively embrace the idea that SFF holds a mirror to society.
