Personally, I went on an introspective journey in my mid-30s and the result of that was that I removed myself from all of my young adult relationships. Didnt make an announcement. Just stopped calling people one day. Out of all the \"friends\" I had only two people ever bothered to come by and see what was going on. I took it as a chance to start over. Maybe start better.",
