Say you are running with random computers that you have access to. You likely don't want to use much on the computer if you aren't familiar with it. If another person shared a system model with you, it can be verified cryptographically with Deno using a standard API (subtlecrypto) before you load it. Deno doesn't require an install, as it is a single binary.
