On the one hand, AFP saw this and decided to voluntarily pull back from Mardi Gras on the grounds that federal police at Pride won’t help community relations right now. NSW police continues to whine loudly about the evil queers. Meanwhile Minns, Albanese, and (to my surprise) *Alex Greenwich* have all come out in support of NSW police rather than Mardi Gras
