So today was Green Up Vermont, where communities participate in picking up trash in their town, and let me tell you, if you want to truly understand how much single-use plastic there is our environment in the U.S. spend 2 hours or so picking trash off an small, wooded hillside to the side of a somewhat busy street.
We are disgusting species on a whole.
