This is odd. I think they took his Mannerheim dialogue and did the speech in it, because then he's just speaking normally. In real life he would base his emphasis on the emotional heights of the speech or feedback from the crowd, which would be *really* hard to teach an AI to do without a lot more information, but someone with enough sound engineering talent could probably make it happen.
