Franziska Albrecht on Nostr: Re-reading my part of a textbook chapter on German nature protection law and it ...
Re-reading my part of a textbook chapter on German nature protection law and it basically reads like one long, carefully restrained scream of helpless rage in the face of the biodiversity crisis. Phrased in pretty legalese, obviously. Sometimes, I would like to just go around hitting people over the head with ecology textbooks, but I'm told that sort of behavior is frowned upon when you are supposed to be a legal scholar.
