It doesn’t make sence. All this isn’t true unless something like EO 6102 happens again. Which can happen only to IOU Bitcoins like those holdings in ETFs. That why we preach self custody first.
Then again, mining a lot in US doesnt matter. Owning a lot of coins on US soil doesn’t really matter.
Owning more coisn DOESN’T mean more control over the network.
