You want a lesson from the elections of the last few years?
The leader of a party that fell from power, must be replaced by the end of the first year, with charisma being the main criteria for the new one.
Stop and think about it, think about the elections going back to the late 80s. The right wing can have uncharismatic leaders and it changes nothing. Their opponents though, cannot.
They also can't spend their time focusing on what was done wrong in the past (or currently) and blaming the right wing.
The need to focus on 'being popular' and showing a forward "we can do better" attitude.
They either energize the voters and win the next election, or without an extremely compelling reason that it happened, step down.
