Yes, dreams… like the completely ridiculous ones I’ve been having lately. The kind that make zero sense—like, why did a dog jump into my arms like a baby?
Did you know you dream every night? Some people remember them, and some don’t.
Of course, I’m that person who remembers parts of my dreams. Probably because I wake up at least 1-2 times a night. And that’s on a good night…
Apparently, the more you wake up during REM sleep, the more likely you are to recall them. If you sleep straight through, your brain just wipes them out.
So now I’m curious—do you remember your dreams, or do they disappear by morning?
