I'm curious how many people have ever been to a restaurant which serves First Nations, Inuit, or Métis foods. I never encountered an Indigenous-run restaurant until about ten years ago. I think it's telling that this cuisine is so hard to find. #Indigenous #food #foodies #restaurant
