Anyone know how easy it is to replace the toe spikes (or whatever they are called) on older shimano mountain bike shoes? I want to swap them for something flatter on a pair I might buy online. Any chance they fit standard cleat bolts and I can just pop a couple of those in there as a way to have spares around?
