It's all fake news. The only real basis is a disclaimer in MSTR's latest 8k regulatory filing.
Such risk warnings are standard boilerplate in regulatory filings from listed co's.
The dishonesty of the "journalist" that turned this into news is sadly commonplace. The hundred other newsites that echoed this without even reading it are not much better.
