Antivax > pro vax because doing nothing > meddling in complex systems. Forcing nothing is better than coercion.

But ideally one is nether, preferring instead to take medicine only after informed consent for which the benefits outweigh the harms so far as you can tell.

If a medicine meets that criteria, take it. If not, pass.
