Urgh. Down to my last codeine and so far this morning I've learned that the hospital don't prescribe for discharged patients, Bupa GPs don't prescribe controlled substances, and it's still impossible to get an appointment to see an NHS GP.
I could take cocodamol instead, but to do that I need to stop taking paracetamol.
