I think that in order to cross the "adoption chasm" between early adopters and mass adoption Bitcoin needs a set of different "help desk not custodial services". I mean: companies offering a wallet that is open-source, free, robust and self-custodial, with a full 24/7 customer service. This would allow normies to have control of their coins while avoiding either looking on Telegram or GitHub for trouble shooting, either revealing sensible information to the world.
Example of use case: Alice brodcasts a tx, but the tx is not visible on any mempool nor explorer. Alice should not have the skills to debug the issue herself, but she should instead just choose a private service, pay the fee, click to submit them the the transacion ID (or the log file), and wait for them to fix the issue, without revealing any seed nor private key.
A better user experience is the way.
