The willow chip is only 105 qubits and it's estimated that you would need several Million qubits to crack ECDSA.
It will be possible some day probably by a nation state but there will be adjustments made to the bitcoin addresses to make them quantum resistant and the cryptography already exists.
Certainly not now by Google's willow chip.
