Earlier this week, a friend reshared a post by an attorney (who I hadn't previously heard of) attacking the design patent bar. It was a manifestly unserious argument and analysis, so I didn't share it further. But now it seems that at least one reporter has gotten interested in his argument and wants to write about it. I hope they call me. If this is going to be amplified treated as a serious challenge, someone needs to point out that it's not.
